At Monkey Mind Belly Breath we use a holistic approach, uniting minds, bodies and spirits, through yoga and mindfulness. Utilizing our books, games and playfulness, we create a foundation of breath, laughter, yoga, art and meditation. These practices naturally awaken our souls to the joy and peace already present within our hearts. No matter your age, we have something fun for you.
Our books, games and other created tools encourage simple and fun mind-body techniques that help kids, teens and adults, connect and have more peace and joy in their lives.
We present our programs directly to groups of kids, teens, adults and seniors. In addition, we have a special program to train early childhood educators on techniques to help the kids and teachers relax and be more open to learning.
